Get alone. Create a private time and let people know it's private!
In a comfortable spot for YOU.
Quiet, or whatever soothes you internally. (I wear Bose Quiet Comfort headphones for silence when needed, always!)
Sit in whatever chair or surface that supports a cross-legged, upright position.
(I use huge wing-chair. Supports back and knees to maintain position.)
You will figure what is right for you to clear your mind.
Fresh air in . . . stale air out.
A few minutes is better than none.
